What is your minimum order quantity?

What are the payment and shipping terms?
FOB Guangzhou as standard, CIF or DDP on request. Payment is T/T 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. Ask us to confirm the inspection scope, sampling level and timing for your order.
Is printing included in the price?
1–2 colour silk-screen printing is included. Heat transfer or full-colour digital printing is +$0.18–0.29 per piece depending on artwork complexity; embroidery is quoted per project.
Can I mix colours or sizes to reach the minimum?
No — the minimum applies per style, per colour and per size. Mixing colours of the same bag in the same size still counts as a separate colourway, and a different size needs a new cutting pattern, so each is its own minimum.
Is there a surcharge for a small order?
No. The 500-pcs tier is simply a higher unit price than the 1,000-pcs tier; there is no separate small-order fee.
What happens if the goods do not match the approved sample?
Ask us to confirm how the approved sample and inspection criteria will be used for your order before production is approved.
Who do you normally supply?
We quote for promotional distributors, brand owners, e-commerce sellers, retail chains, event organisers, importers and packaging suppliers. Most buyers start at the minimum of 500 pcs per style, per colour, per size and move to 5,000–10,000 pcs on repeat programmes.
Do you supply resellers and online sellers as well as brands?
Yes — we quote for resellers, e-commerce sellers and brand owners on the same terms. The minimum is 500 pcs per style, per colour, per size, so a first order can be a market test rather than a container.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
EcoBag Factory is a B2B bag manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. We handle wholesale enquiries directly; share your product specification and quantity so we can confirm the quotation and schedule for your order.
Do you sell to consumers, or trade buyers only?
Trade buyers only. We are a B2B manufacturer and we take production orders rather than retail orders — no single pieces and no consumer sales. Our customers are importers, brand owners, promotional product distributors and packaging wholesalers. The minimum is 500 pcs per style, per colour and per size.
