How Tiered Pricing Works

Every product page shows a quantity / price table, e.g.:

500 – 999 pcs	starting price
1,000 – 2,999 pcs	small batch price
3,000 – 4,999 pcs	wholesale price
5,000 – 9,999 pcs	large batch price
10,000+ pcs	factory price

Prices on the site are FOB China for regular sizes, 1–2 color silk-screen print included, converted at 6.8 CNY/USD. Non-standard sizes and special processes are quoted separately. Your final quote is confirmed before any payment.

MOQ & Payment Terms

• MOQ: 500 pcs (all product lines)
• Tier steps: 500 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs
• Small orders & samples: PayPal or credit card (via our payment gateway)
• Bulk orders: T/T bank transfer — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (or against B/L copy)
• Large contracts: L/C accepted for qualifying customers

Shipping & Incoterms

• Samples & small orders: DHL / FedEx / UPS, 3–5 working days worldwide
• Bulk orders: sea freight — FOB (Shenzhen / Ningbo / Shanghai), CIF or DDP to your door
• Packing: polybag or box, export cartons, pallets; custom retail packaging available
• We provide commercial invoice, packing list and photos before shipment

Sample Policy

• Working samples ready in 3–7 working days after confirming specs
• Sample cost: sample fee + express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS) paid by buyer
• Sample fee refund: the sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order (≥ 500 pcs)
• Free samples: available for stock items with a regular freight account
• Design help: send us a drawing or even a photo — we make a pattern and confirm before cutting
