What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pcs per style, per colour and per size. Tiered pricing steps at 500 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs — the unit price falls at each tier.
What fabric weights do you offer?
8 oz (≈270 gsm), 10 oz (≈340 gsm), 12 oz (≈410 gsm) and 16 oz (≈540 gsm). 16 oz is an add-on of +15–25%. If organic cotton or GOTS certification is required, confirm the selected material and current order-specific documents before order approval. 6 oz TC poly-cotton is used on the gift and storage bag line.
What sizes can you make?
We quote most often from 25 × 30 cm up to 45 × 45 cm, with 8 / 10 / 12 cm side or bottom gussets. Any size is cut to order at no extra tooling cost.
Is printing included in the price?
1–2 colour silk-screen printing is included. Heat transfer or full-colour digital printing is +$0.18–0.29 per piece depending on artwork complexity; embroidery is quoted per project.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Working samples in 3–7 working days after artwork is confirmed. Bulk production takes 15–25 working days after the sample is approved and the deposit is received.
What are the payment and shipping terms?
FOB Guangzhou as standard, CIF or DDP on request. Payment is T/T 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. Ask us to confirm the inspection scope, sampling level and timing for your order.
Can I mix colours or sizes to reach the minimum?
No — the minimum applies per style, per colour and per size. Mixing colours of the same bag in the same size still counts as a separate colourway, and a different size needs a new cutting pattern, so each is its own minimum.
Do you supply cotton bags as well as canvas bags?
Both. “Cotton bag” usually means the lighter 8–10 oz (≈270–340 gsm) fabric and “canvas bag” the heavier 12–16 oz (≈410–540 gsm); we make the full range, natural or dyed, at the same MOQ of 500 pcs per style, per colour, per size.
Are these the same as calico bags or muslin bags?
Calico is a plain-woven cotton in the same family as our 8–12 oz canvas, so “calico bag” describes the lighter end of this line. Muslin is a much finer, looser weave and sits outside this range — tell us the fabric weight you need and we will confirm whether we can run it.
Who do you normally supply?
We quote for promotional distributors, brand owners, e-commerce sellers, retail chains, event organisers, importers and packaging suppliers. Most buyers start at the minimum of 500 pcs per style, per colour, per size and move to 5,000–10,000 pcs on repeat programmes.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Do you sell to consumers, or trade buyers only?
Trade buyers only. We are a B2B manufacturer and we take production orders rather than retail orders — no single pieces and no consumer sales. Our customers are importers, brand owners, promotional product distributors and packaging wholesalers. The minimum is 500 pcs per style, per colour and per size.
How much do custom cotton tote bags cost?
It depends on three things: fabric weight, cut size and print process. A 10 oz (340 gsm) medium tote with one-colour printing sits at the low end; 16 oz with all-over print sits at the high end. Because 1–2 colour silk-screen printing is included and the price steps down at 500 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs, the cheapest way to lower your unit cost is usually to raise the quantity, not to lower the fabric weight. Can I choose the handle style and length?
Yes. We produce self-fabric, webbing, rope and leather-look handles, and short handles for mini and small bags. Handle length is cut to the bag: a mini tote with a shoulder-length strap wastes fabric and looks oversized, so we size the handle to the intended load. Tell us what the bag will carry and we will suggest the handle and gusset combination.
How do you make sure the bulk order matches the sample?
Use an approved physical sample and written specification as your reference. Confirm the inspection stages, sampling criteria, report requirements and any third-party inspection directly in the quotation or purchase order.
Do you export, and can you ship to my country?
