Specs that matter for decoration
Not every blank prints well. Tell us how you decorate and we will match the fabric to it:
- Silk-screen: tight, smooth weave holds detail; heavier gsm gives a cleaner edge.
- Heat transfer / DTF: works on almost any fabric, best on lighter colours.
- Embroidery: needs a stable fabric — 10 oz canvas or heavier; very light non-woven can pucker.
- Dye sublimation: requires polyester or a polyester-coated surface.
Stock vs custom blanks
Stock blanks (popular sizes and colours, unprinted) can ship in smaller quantities and much faster. Custom blanks — your size, your fabric, your handle type — run at the standard MOQ of 500 pcs per style and colour, with 15–25 working days production.
Bulk pricing and packaging
Blanks are priced on the same tiered structure as our printed bags, but without the print set-up cost, so the starting unit price is lower. Packaging options for resale and storage:
- Bulk in export cartons — cheapest, best for large runs
- 50 pcs per poly bag inside the carton — easy counting for your production floor
- Individual poly bag — for retail-ready blanks
- Flat-packed and compressed — reduces freight volume on bulky totes
Freight note for blank-bag buyers
Bags are bulky and light: you pay for volume, not weight. Two practical ways to cut cost:
- Compress and flat-pack — we can pack totes flat and tightly to reduce CBM.
- Sea freight in volume — a 20ft container of flat-packed blanks can hold tens of thousands of pieces. Ask us for a CBM calculation for your chosen size.
