Customization Options

  • Materials: non-woven (60–120 gsm, glossy or matte laminated), cotton & canvas (8–16 oz), poly-cotton TC (6–8 oz), recycled RPET, felt, satin & organza. If organic cotton or GOTS certification is required, confirm the selected material and current order-specific documents before approval.
  • Sizes: any custom size — we build patterns from your drawing, sample or spec sheet
  • Colours: Pantone matching, custom-dyed fabric, or stock colours for fast turnaround
  • Printing: silk-screen (1–2 colours included), heat transfer, full-colour digital, embroidery, woven labels, metal / leather patches, hang tags
  • Finishing: side & bottom gussets, self-fabric / webbing / rope / leather-look handles, drawstrings, zippers, buttons, inner pockets, foam dividers, piping, eyelets
  • Semi-finished: 80g non-woven cut pieces (liners) — blank, ready for your own printing
  • MOQ & lead time: 500 pcs per tier; samples 3–7 working days; bulk 15–25 working days

MOQ, Lead Time, Payment and QC — the Short Version

The answers purchasing teams ask for before they request a quote. Every figure below is also stated on our FAQ and wholesale pages.

Order basics

  • Manufacturer, not a trading company. EcoBag Factory is based in Guangzhou, China and handles B2B production enquiries directly. Share your requirements so the quotation and schedule can be confirmed for your order.
  • MOQ 500 pcs per style, per colour and per size, with tiered pricing at 500 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs. Live tier prices are published on each product page: non-woven, cotton & canvas, cloth gift & packaging, apparel, shoe & bag liners.
  • Included in the price: regular size with 1–2 colour silk-screen logo. Heat transfer or full-colour print is +$0.18–0.29 per piece; thicker fabric is +15–25%.
  • Samples: working samples in 3–7 working days after we confirm your specs. The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order of 500+ pcs. Bulk production: usually 15–25 working days, confirmed in your quotation.

Commercial and quality terms

  • Trade terms: FOB Guangzhou as standard, CIF or DDP on request, to your door.
  • Payment: samples and small orders by PayPal or card; bulk orders by T/T bank transfer — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C available for larger contracts.
  • Quality control: inspection scope, sampling criteria, evidence and any third-party inspection are agreed in the quotation or purchase order.
  • Quotation: share complete specifications and quantity so we can review the request and confirm the quotation details.
