MOQ is the smallest production quantity accepted for a defined product specification. EcoBag Factory's published custom-production minimum is 500 pcs per style, per colour, per size. Each combination is counted separately; quantities from a different colour, size or style do not combine toward it.
When comparing suppliers, ask them to confirm the minimum against the exact bag style, colour and size in writing. Do not assume that different variants can be pooled unless the supplier confirms that exception in the quotation.
How to count quantities for a custom bag order
Count every distinct style, colour and size as its own line when preparing an RFQ. For example, 500 pieces of one style in one colour and one size meet the published minimum for that line. A second colour or size is a separate line with its own 500-piece minimum.

Can you mix colours, sizes or product lines?
No. The published minimum is 500 pcs for each style, colour and size combination. Two colours with 250 pcs each do not meet a 500-piece minimum for either colour. The same applies to splitting quantities across sizes or different bag styles. List each requested variant separately and ask for its own price.

Samples and the custom-production minimum
Samples are handled separately from production orders. Working samples are ready in 3–7 working days after specifications are confirmed. The sample fee is deducted from the first bulk order of 500 pcs or more; the buyer pays the sample fee and express shipping. Free samples are available only for stock items when the buyer has a regular freight account. Confirm sample availability and charges before ordering.
How to run a small trial order sensibly
Before placing a production order, use a sample to review the confirmed material, dimensions, colour and workmanship. Then request a quotation with quantities for each exact style, colour and size. If your forecast changes, request a revised quote at the relevant quantity tier.
