US importers, promotional distributors, retail brands and packaging wholesalers can order directly from our Guangzhou factory. Production is made to your specification, and the delivery route is confirmed for each quotation.

UK & European buyers
For UK, German, French, Dutch and other European enquiries, identify the destination country and either the named port or delivery town. If requesting DDP, provide the full proposed delivery address. Include bag type, material and weight, pieces per style, colour and size, print requirements, and target delivery date. We confirm the workable route and quoted trade term in writing.

Retailers, promotional distributors and packaging buyers can request bulk non-woven, cotton or custom packaging bags. State the destination city or named port and quantity for each production combination; if requesting DDP, provide the full proposed delivery address so the factory can check whether that delivery scope can be quoted.

Can EcoBag quote DDP shipping for every destination?
Not for every product or route. DDP may be quoted for an agreed named place when the product, route, order and destination can be confirmed. The applicable scope and charges are stated in the written quotation.
Which shipping terms can importers request?
FOB Guangzhou is standard. CIF to a named destination port or DDP to an agreed named place may be quoted on request and confirmed for the product, route and order.
How is the minimum order quantity calculated?
The minimum is 500 pieces per style, per colour and per size. Each different style, colour or size is counted as a separate production combination.
What information should I send for a shipping quote?
Send the bag type, size, material and weight, quantity per style, colour and size, print requirements, destination port or agreed delivery address, and target delivery date if you have one. These details help us check which trade term and route can be quoted.
Are transit time, duties and VAT fixed?
No. Transit time and destination charges depend on the route, product, HS code and timing. They are confirmed in the quotation or checked with your customs broker; this page does not promise a fixed transit time, duty or VAT amount.
