What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Our MOQ is 500 pcs for all product lines. Tiered pricing steps: 500 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs — the more you order, the lower the unit price.
What exactly is included in the listed price?
Regular size with 1–2 color silk-screen logo is included. Shipping is extra (FOB pricing). Non-standard sizes, heat transfer / full-color print (+$0.18–0.29/pcs) and thicker fabric (+15–25%) are quoted separately. Non-woven lamination (覆膜) adds +$0.07/pcs.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Working samples are ready in 3–7 working days after we confirm your specs. Sample fee + express shipping is paid by the buyer; the sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order of 500+ pcs.
What are your production lead times?
Samples: 3–7 working days. Bulk production: usually 15–25 working days, longer during peak seasons. We confirm the exact lead time in your quotation and keep you updated.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Samples and small orders: PayPal or credit card through our payment gateway. Bulk orders: T/T bank transfer (30% deposit, 70% before shipment). L/C available for larger contracts.
How do you ship, and how much does it cost?
Samples and small orders ship by DHL / FedEx / UPS (3–5 working days). Bulk orders ship by sea freight — FOB (Shenzhen / Ningbo / Shanghai), CIF or DDP to your door. Shipping cost depends on weight, destination and courier; we quote it before you pay.
What printing methods do you offer?
Silk-screen printing, heat transfer, digital printing, embroidery, woven labels and hang tags. For simple one-color logos, silk-screen is the most economical; for full-color designs, heat transfer or digital print looks best.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes — we match Pantone colors for fabric and print. Send us your brand color code or a physical sample.
What design files do you need?
AI, PDF, CDR or high-resolution PNG (300 dpi). No design file? Send a drawing or photo and our team will help turn it into a production-ready artwork.
Do you offer design help?
Yes — for print layout and basic bag design we can advise you for free. For full custom patterns there may be a small development fee, credited to your bulk order.
How do you control quality?
Incoming material inspection, in-line inspection during production, final AQL 2.5 random inspection and a photo report before shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS / Intertek) can be arranged.
Can you provide certificates or pass audits?
ISO 9001 quality management, BSCI / SEDEX social audits, and OEKO-TEX / REACH material tests are available. We can also support customer factory audits — on site or by video.
Can you deliver DDP to my country?
Yes, DDP delivery is available for many markets, especially the USA and EU. We handle freight, customs and taxes with our freight partners and quote an all-in price.
Do you protect my design?
Absolutely. Your artwork and product designs are treated as confidential, never shared or reused for other customers.
