What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pcs per style, per colour and per size. Tiered pricing steps at 500 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs — the unit price falls at each tier.
Which handle type should I choose?
Die-cut handle is the lowest unit price because no strap is attached; self-fabric handle is the next step up; stitched webbing handles carry the most weight and last longest in daily use.
What grammage do you use for non-woven bags?
80–120 gsm as standard, with 100–120 gsm for heavier loads. Actual fabric weight varies about ±5% between dye lots, so ask for a swatch set if hand-feel matters to your brief.
Is printing included in the price?
1–2 colour silk-screen printing is included. Heat transfer or full-colour digital printing is +$0.18–0.29 per piece depending on artwork complexity; embroidery is quoted per project.
Do you offer laminated non-woven bags?
Yes — lamination adds +$0.07 per piece and makes the bag water-resistant and wipe-clean. Glossy or matte film, with self-material, webbing or ribbon handles.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Working samples in 3–7 working days after artwork is confirmed. Bulk production takes 15–25 working days after the sample is approved and the deposit is received.
What are the payment and shipping terms?
FOB Guangzhou as standard, CIF or DDP on request. Payment is T/T 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. Ask us to confirm the inspection scope, sampling level and timing for your order.
Can I mix colours or sizes to reach the minimum?
No — the minimum applies per style, per colour and per size. Mixing colours of the same bag in the same size still counts as a separate colourway, and a different size needs a new cutting pattern, so each is its own minimum.
Do you make nonwoven bags as well as non-woven?
Yes — “non-woven”, “nonwoven” and “non woven” all describe the same material, and it is our main fabric. 80–120 gsm, 1–2 colour silk-screen print included, at MOQ 500 pcs per style, per colour, per size.
What is the difference between a non-woven tote and a shopping bag?
Nothing structural — “tote bag”, “shopping bag” and “carrier bag” are the same product in this line. What changes the price is the handle type, the gusset and the print, not the name.
Who do you normally supply?
We quote for promotional distributors, brand owners, e-commerce sellers, retail chains, event organisers, importers and packaging suppliers. Most buyers start at the minimum of 500 pcs per style, per colour, per size and move to 5,000–10,000 pcs on repeat programmes.
