  • Printing: silk-screen (1–2 colours included), heat transfer, full-colour digital, embroidery, woven labels, metal / leather patches, hang tags
  • Finishing: side & bottom gussets, self-fabric / webbing / rope / leather-look handles, drawstrings, zippers, buttons, inner pockets, foam dividers, piping, eyelets

MOQ, Lead Time, Payment and QC — the Short Version

The answers purchasing teams ask for before they request a quote. Every figure below is also stated on our FAQ and wholesale pages.

Order basics

  • Manufacturer, not a trading company. EcoBag Factory is based in Guangzhou, China and handles B2B production enquiries directly. Share your requirements so the quotation and schedule can be confirmed for your order.
  • MOQ 500 pcs per style, per colour and per size, with tiered pricing at 500 / 1,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs. Live tier prices are published on each product page: non-woven, cotton & canvas, cloth gift & packaging, apparel, shoe & bag liners.
  • Included in the price: regular size with 1–2 colour silk-screen logo. Heat transfer or full-colour print is +$0.18–0.29 per piece; thicker fabric is +15–25%.
  • Samples: working samples in 3–7 working days after we confirm your specs. The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order of 500+ pcs. Bulk production: ask us to confirm the order-specific schedule in your written quotation.

Commercial and quality terms

  • Trade terms: FOB, CIF to a named destination port, or DDP to an agreed named place may be quoted. Confirm the applicable term, named location, scope and charges in the written quotation.
  • Payment: samples and small orders by PayPal or card; bulk orders by T/T bank transfer — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C available for larger contracts.
  • Quality control: inspection scope, sampling criteria, evidence and any third-party inspection are agreed in the quotation or purchase order.
  • Quotation: share complete specifications and quantity so we can review the request and confirm the quotation details.

Confirm the shipment method and named destination under the agreed trade term before dispatch.

Questions buyers ask before sending a quote request

How long does a custom bag quote take?
Reply time depends on how complete the specification is. Send bag type, finished size, fabric, quantity per colour and size, print method and artwork so the quotation can be checked without extra questions. For a time-critical order, ask us to confirm the expected reply and production dates for your specification before you plan around a fixed date.
What information makes a quote accurate?
Bag type and finished size, fabric and weight, quantity per style, colour and size, print method and colours, packing requirements, and the destination for shipping. Our RFQ checklist lists the full set.
Is the sample fee refundable?
A working sample is produced after we confirm your specification. The sample fee is deducted from your first bulk order of 500 pcs or more; sampling normally takes 3–7 working days.
Can I order less than 500 pcs?
The production minimum is 500 pcs per style, per colour and per size. Below that, print set-up and material cutting are not economic. If you are testing a market, 500 pcs of one design is the smallest production run we quote.
Can you quote FOB, CIF or DDP shipping?
FOB Guangzhou is standard. CIF to a named destination port or DDP to an agreed named place may be quoted on request; confirm the applicable term, destination, route, scope and charges in the written quotation.
Can you supply blank or unprinted bags?
Blank or no-print bulk cotton and canvas tote orders can be quoted. Share the fabric, finished size, colour, quantity and destination so availability and the order terms can be confirmed; the MOQ is 500 pcs per style, colour and size.
