What is MOQ, and what's ours?

MOQ (minimum order quantity) is the smallest order a factory will accept. Ours is 500 pcs for all product lines — low enough to test the market, but high enough to keep pricing efficient. Step up to 10,000+ pcs for the best factory price.

How sampling works

• We make a working sample in 3-7 working days after you confirm specs and artwork
• The sample fee covers material and production; express shipping is paid by the buyer
• The sample fee is credited against your first bulk order (500+ pcs)
• For stock items we can provide a free sample — you cover shipping only

Artwork and files

We work with AI, PDF, CDR or high-resolution PNG (300 dpi). No design file? Send a drawing or photo and we'll help turn it into a production-ready file.

Lead time

Samples: 3-7 working days · Bulk production: 15-25 working days (after artwork confirmation and deposit). During peak season it may be 30-40 working days. We send photos of your goods before shipment.
